Keep in mind that for 2011 Perez took 5.7million from a company on the brink of bankruptcy.

I've had a few Kodak people ask me if I know a phone number for Kodak benefits.
Well not sure about the benefits number but here are a couple of numbers I found that might help you get the information that your looking for.
KREBA  1-855-823-5534
Kodak Retirees Service Center  1-888-719-0488

DID YOU KNOW

In 2008, Antonio M. Perez raked in $7,780,088 in total compensation. In the previous year the CEO of this company made $11,666,080. Total CEO compensation has decreased by 33%. Wow then we find out that Kodak got a taxpayer grant of $675,134 of your Tax Dollars as part of the stimulus money.

Spike's Thoughts:

It's very sad to see Kodak a company that once employed over 60 thousand people now less then 7 thousand, can now be filling for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I feel bad for the company and all the employees left. Many are my friends and co-workers. I just hope that Kodak does them well.

My biggest question with all this bankruptcy talk is how much is Perez raping the company this year. The past year he's raped the company for over $5 million when the company was heading toward  bankruptcy, and before that $9 million. Along with the other top paying upper management I would like to know how much are they giving up of their salary to help keep the company from it's final curtain.

Why is Kodak management so greedy that they will let a historic company like Kodak go belly up. If they had any morals they would take $1 in salary for the year and base their future salary on company profits. If they did that I would guarantee Kodak would become a strong player in the Rochester NY area. after all these upper management people need an incentive to make the company profitable again. How about it Kodak Management you up for the challenge? ..................................................... I didn't think so
